Four Harbor Care Administrators Earn Certifications

NASHUA, N.H. – Four Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center administrators – Ekow Ambaah, Magna Kreiger, Olga Rodriguez, and Erin Segaloff – earned certification in Community Health Leadership from the Bi-State Primary Care Association’s Leadership Development Program.

The course immerses participants in an interactive learning environment designed to build knowledge and skills in health center finance, strategic planning, effective leadership, grassroots advocacy, data utilization, and workforce development.

Ekow Ambaah, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, tracks and improves quality measures for the Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, while

Magna Krieger, Director of Community Health Services, and her team of Community Health Workers, aim to create a bridge between community members and the services provided at Harbor Care. We do this through community outreach, providing insurance navigation, and health coaching to individuals with chronic illnesses.

Project Manager Erin Segaloff endeavors to increase access and improve coordination, quality, and equity in healthcare services. Olga Rodriguez, Director of Patient Services, oversees patient services, medical records, and the central patient access center. She works closely with leadership to develop policies and streamline processes with a patient-centered approach.

“Congratulations to our Harbor Care team for their hard work and achievement,” states Harbor Care President & CEO Henry Och. “The skills and knowledge they’ve developed will directly support our efforts to provide high quality care, improving the health and wellbeing of our most vulnerable community members.”

Harbor Care’s Health and Wellness Center provides high quality, professional health care services for all ages, regardless of one’s ability to pay. Services include primary care, preventive care, oral/dental treatment, and behavioral health services (substance use disorder treatment, psychiatry, and general mental health care). Services are integrated with many of Harbor Care’s other programs to address social determinants of health.

Services are offered in-person at three locations in Nashua and through telehealth. Through interpreters and multi-lingual staff, services are available in most languages. The Center ensures everyone in the community, regardless of insurance or income, can access care.
